Maternity belt and pillows?

Question

Does anyone know of any good maternity belt brands or any good maternity pillows? I’m only 23w3d and already suffering from SPD and it’s seriously miserable. Talked to my OB and she said I should get a maternity support belt but I’m not sure which one is worth the money. I also read that sleeping with a pillow in between your legs and supporting your belly helps too. At this point I’ll try anything. Thanks in advance!

I found the Dreamgenii to be helpful although it is quite over priced. It supports your back and bump and has a second that goes between your legs. It’s quite comfortable too which I wasn’t expecting. Haven’t tried the maternity belts x

I just bought a 17$ dollar belt on amazon, it does the job fine. It’s pink so kinda cute lol
For maternity pillow, I’ve tried a c shaped one and a u shaped one and got rid of both. They made me feel stuck and super warm. I have been using a normal body pillow from walmart 🤷🏼‍♀️it’s the comfoest I found.

I got a u-shaped pillow but it has a detachable side which is nice. I stick a regular pillow under the part where my ribs are to help support my back and it works pretty well. Takes up a good bit of the bed tho.
