I keep hand sanitizer on the change table and always use it after. If I got baby poop on me I’ll wash my hands as well...

I always wash after changing poop for sure and if can’t for some reason I have hand sanitizer on the changing table I use. I do cloth diapering so you do have to touch a little more than using disposables so I try to always wash.

Twice after poop diapers. Often after pee but honestly not every single time.
