First positive pregnancy test since TTC since May 2018! I’m shaking! Hubby’s asleep and I have no clue what to do next!

My boobs have been SO sore for days now but figured that was AF on her way but decided to take a test anyway since Glow said I was a day, now two today, late. I pulled out the broken wand first and figured it wouldn’t work but tried it anyway. After coming back from the bathroom I instantly saw the line, looked myself in the mirror and gasped! 😱 This is crazy!!!!
