Give up or No

I really not sure should I give up or not. My body seem start acting weird. Been sporting few months.

Cycles - 36 days (spot and very light)

Cycles - 31 days (spotting)

Cycles - 21 days (spotting)

Cycles - 23 days (spotting)

Today - spotting again

If anyone have the same issue like me? Or any ideas?

And first time doing BBT chart and what it get is 98.18F. Seem high, right? Not sure if going into menopause.

Really not sure how to do the charting. I plan to do it every morning 6am. What if you work up at 4am? Do you think I should chart at 4am on that day? Because I know you need at least 3 hrs consecutive.
