for all you mommies struggling with sore, cracked, bleeding nips, PLEASE look up videos on breastfeeding!

I had the wrong position, the wrong boob to mouth angle, and SO MUCH MORE! by day 3 I was so frustrated, I debated quiting BEFORE MY MILK EVEN CAME IN!

My mil forwarded me a youtube video about breastfeeding and it has already helped my poor tender nips start healing, giving my baby and I am EFECTIVE nursing technique, and it was HELLA easy!

please dont give up! look for resources because it really isn't supposed to hurt!
