Confusing can anyone help??

I had what I thought was a positive opk on cd10 currently on cd18 and on ff has finally put crosshairs but I don't think it's right I had a spike in temp on cd16 after a dip on cd15 can anyone give me abit of help understanding my chart this cycle I'm currently using the top chart
