My 4 month old son is formula fed, he’s teething and we have him some Tylenol earlier because he seemed to be in pain. He spit up like 2 hours after last being fed and the spit up was like light pink. What could this be? The Tylenol was clear colored so I don’t think it’s that. I’m super worried. I thought maybe it could’ve been from teething but j don’t see any blood on his gums
