Help! My diet and baby’s gas
Anyone have any tips on a diet to follow while breastfeeding? Or anything to relieve gas besides drops? My baby is almost 3 weeks old and always gets such bad gas and grunts so much that he wakes himself up and can’t sleep. I give him gas drops a lot but it doesn’t always work. The doctor just said I have to trial and error with different foods and keep a food diary. I just hate that he’s so upset and uncomfortable!
