Period due today and I’m discharging..

Hello ladies

I had sex on Feb 16th on Feb17th I had the egg white cm! Today my period is due and usually I come on in the middle of the night... I was prepared this time. But no period, went to the bathroom and I have cm instead of period... anyone ttc ran into this issue. Is it normal to discharge before period?
