Just started birth control but only took it for a month

Okay so I started taking the birth control pill 1-24-19 and my pack ran out on 2-20-19 and now I can't get a refill and have a few questions about it's effectiveness. I started the pill on the first day of my period and my period ended on 2-18-19 and I am supposed to start my next period in three days according to this app. I had unprotected sex multiple times since my period has ended and I want to know how likely it is that I could be pregnant. I know this sounds incredibly stupid but please, just advice and guidance only. I understand my mistakes here and have learned my lesson but I need to understand what could be happening and I need to know if I should go ahead and get a pregnancy test.
