Emergency custody
Long story short my friend filed for emergency custody and a restraining order from her child’s father after he went crazy from side effects of using meth 🙄🙄. She was granted custody for a year and has a restraining order against him for a year. The paternal grandmother had been harassing the hell out of my friend to see him so she finally agreed to let her keep him a couple nights when she worked because she was running out of babysitters and her son missed his gmaw. Well the grandmother has been taking him to see the dad!
I have basically been this child’s “father” because he’s never stepped up. Now that he can’t see him he’s acting like he was father of the year. So my question is since she has full emergency custody will she get in trouble for letting him around the grandmother? Knowing she’s taking him around the dad
Edit- restraining order is just for mother and father not against child.
