Eye irritation?

Not sure what it is, if it’s an irritation or an infection ? 
My lo eye is tearing, a bit red, and constant eye booger’s. She doesn’t seem bothered by it. 
Any one experience an irrational or infection. 
Does any one know if there is a natural way to get rid of it. 
Any natural medicines ?

My LO had pink eye a few weeks ago and those were the symptoms. It was bacterial, so we gave her the antibiotic drops and it cleared overnight. I’m all for natural remedies but there is a time and place for antibiotics if they are used correctly.

Yes mine has had this recently, my drsaid there wasn’t much we could do just a warm wet wash cloth and to avoid touching my own eye. 
She prescribed an eye drop but said it wouldn’t affect her if I didn’t treat it but it might be a good idea to have it checked out just in case
