So I am 5dpo and have extremely itchy nipples is that a early sign on pregnancy or is this to early just curious.

Too early for anything pregnancy related. Pregnancy symptoms can’t start until after implantation, which doesn’t happen until 6dpo at the earliest, 12dpo at the latest. Most women experience implantation around 9dpo. 
Anything that happens before implantation is just regular post-ovulatory symptoms. Many pms and pregnancy symptoms are identical, and pms symptoms can be different each cycle.
