Hi sorry I didn't know where else to go, I need advice. So my best friend (H) dated this guy (F) who is also one of my friends, and they broke up recently. Another one of my friends (D) and him started hooking up but it's a secret and I'm not supposed to know. Tonight I got a text from H saying she'd hooked up with F and I started freaking out, I couldn't tell H that F has been with D because D doesn't know about H and F, and I'm not supposed to know. I'm so unbelievably angry at F but I can't confront him because then he'll know that I know. Sorry I don't know if any of that made sense I just had to tell someone

Any advice would be greatly appreciated, I know I should be honest but the situation is just so difficult
