I’m not sure if this is a sign or not but I always hear people talking about it in early pregnancy, who knows maybe this also happened because my brother and his girlfriend are 20 weeks along. So I was sleeping the other night pretty sure it was the night of my 6dpo, I had a dream of a woman bleeding from her area down below, I couldn’t see a face but I’ve definitely been wondering since .
