Miscarriage without bleeding?

Can you have a miscarriage without bleeding? My progesterone was low at 5.4 started suppositories last night and I'm freaking myself out. I've had no bleeding even my cramping has been mild. The only change I've noticed is I woke up in the middle of the night sick like morning sickness that continued into late morning.

If the dr said everything is fine then I’m sure it is and as long as you keep taking your supplements to keep everything under control then there shouldn’t be any problems.

You can have a missed miscarriage which usually you won’t feel any symptoms of a miscarriage but the baby just stops growing and there won’t be a heartbeat. I’m not trying to scare you at all and I hope you and baby are okay!! I’m sure everything is fine!

You will eventually bleed, sometimes you miscarry and your body does not process it right away. But you will need to pass the embryo/fetus etc, so you would bleed eventually
