I hit my toe nail on what I believe was a toy or something really hard. When I was picking my daughter up and seconds later this appeared on my toe nail, it’s really painful. What is it and what can I do to get rid of it?

You may have ripped the nail away form the nail bed. I’ve done it, hurts like hell but it’ll heal.

Just make a hole in the toe nail. Drain the blood and clean it. Keep it clean and dry. It will grow out the toe nail or fall off. One of the two.
