Gaining muscle but not losing weight?
I’m 5’3 and 155 but my goal weight is 130. I can see more defiance in my abs and stomach area but I’m still the same body weight as a I started? Idk it’s making me less motivated and I feel like everything I’m trying to do is not going right 😕 I’m trying to get fit by prom and lose some belly fat, stretch marks, and love handles. I track my eating and I constantly workout at the gym. I eat fruits and veggies throughout the day. Ugh. Idk anymore. Some tips?
