Thos was mine I was told because the hcg is so high it takes the colour  from the control line

Your hcg levels are very high at this point it is totally normal and a good thing! I started testing around 4dpt and watched them darken and then stopped when I had my first beta and occasionally test to make sure they are still there and it is normal for them to be super dark and appear quickly right now!!!

Yes I was also confused about this as I took a test yesterday and the test line was darker and thicker then the control line and I’m 5 weeks 4 days.. not sure why tho I fort it could be just cuz hcg levels are really high
