What am I doing wrong?

For the last two months, I’ve completely changed everything about my diet. I’ve eaten out significantly less, completely quit soda, fried food & sugar & I exercise when I can (I have an 8 month old so it’s not always easy). I plan to start running when spring comes. I’ve only lost roughly 10 lbs so far. I’ve heard of people losing double or triple that in less time just from quitting soda and sugar alone.... Am I doing something wrong? Why am I not losing? My goal is to lose 50-60 lbs total.
