Im 19 years old and never been on birth control just because Ive always been scared of the negative side effects. Ive been considering using the pill lately because I’m not wanting to get pregnant anytime soon. Being able to be sexually active and not having that worry would be amazing.

What are some good birth control pill recommendations and why?

Preferably (in a perfect world) I would want a pill that helps keep my skin clear, doesn’t decrease my sex drive, doesn’t increase weight gain (unless it’s boob growth) - weight loss or no change in weight would be preferred.

I’ve really been considering yasmine, yaz, tri-spintec, and amethia but I’m really not sure would be my best fit considering side affects and reviews.
