First response says I can test this morning at 8dpo, my period it’s due this Friday. Should I test?

personally, i'd wait until sometime after my period was due, but that's just me  - i just think it's a waste of a test at 8 dpo because implantation usually occurs around 9 dpo...and even at that, it may take a day or two for the hCG to even show up in your urine. so the chances of getting a BFP now is very slim I would think.

Tbh I wouldn’t waste a test. Even with first response, your hcg levels can develop much differently than others. I tested with FR the day of my period and it was negative. Then I tested an entire week later and it was positive. I know it’s hard to wait, but I’d save your money and test when AF is due
