My husband came to me one night crying. And said he had something to tell me. He said he cheated on me when we dated in high school and in our marriage. It was never emotional and was never with the same person. He said he was going to take it to his grave initially but said once our daughter was born he gained a new perspective on life and realized I needed to know. And said he wanted a fresh start if I gave him the chance. I asked him why he did and he said there was really no reason or excuse other than being young, immature, and stupid. He said he understands if I want a divorce, but if I stayed he would never do it again and just wants us to be a family. I asked if I was gonna find out some other way and that’s why he was telling me. But he said if he didn’t tell me I would of never found out. Would I be an idiot for giving him a second chance? Has anyone dealt with something like this before? I’m so broken. We got married at 18 and we have been married for four years and now have a daughter.
