Help! BBT, RHR & implantation bleed?

Period is due around Wednesday, my temp is still up, usually it will start to downfall 2-3 days before. However what is very strange is my fitbit shows a higher resting heart rate since after ovulation, it went up from months of being around 65 bpm to now 71. I was in fat burn zone yesterday for 9 out of 12 hours which NEVER occurs even on very active days, while yesterday I did some chores and had some friends over. Then at night I wiped some light pink blood, and same tonight after sex. I never spot before my period... what do you guys think? I don’t want to keep my hopes up :( found out 2 friends are preggo yesterday and I balled my eyes out. Been crazy moody, emotional and have been feeling very off all week with anxiety and palpitations which I only had once when I had a hormonal imbalance... urgh it’s driving me crazy! Just want some advice or your own experience :)
