Does anyone else have to be in a particular position when receiving head to achieve orgasm?

When my bf eats me out I can’t come 99% of the time unless I’m laid on my back with my hips way up in the air. It’s a shame because I’d love to come from sitting on his face more. I can come in other positions fine (most of the time) when using vibrators though.
