Anyone else having hip pain??

I’m almost 12 weeks along and I am having hip pain on the left side, so badly sometimes that it’s hard to put weight on it. Anyone else experiencing this?

Yes. I have terrible pregnancy sciatica this time around. Some stretches and yoga poses help a bit. Also a hot shower or warm bath help.

Pregnancy pillow too while you’re sleeping can help a little.
