Bad Cramping and back pain?
I had true contractions last week where it felt tight and I had the wind knocked out of me. I spoke to my midwife and she confirmed.
Last night, I had severe cramping and back pain that came in waves? Every couple minutes and last about a minute.... but after an hour of this I eventually fell asleep. Anyone else? Are these also contractions?
