he cheated 3 times

my ex boyfriend and I just broke up and he told me proudly that he fucked 3 other women while he was with me, and that he was dating me bc he was bored.. I'm glad we broke up but when he said those things it made me feel like I'm not good enough and that every guy will cheat on me and I wont know.. does anyone have advice on how I can cheer up?? :(
