Any tips to help the nausea?

As

Anyone have any advice on ways you were able to handle your nausea during pregnancy? I had to miss the last two days of work because it is so bad. Trying to hold off on prescription medication as long as I can. So any tips will help!

Tried:

-sea-bands

-saltine crackers

-Ginger Ale helps

Keep up on eating too. Protein. It’ll help if you can get it down!

I was given bonjesta which from what I’ve read is the B6 and unison together. I’m just a nervous to take it

I’ve done very toasted toast and drinking a seltzer from Trader Joe’s that has ginger juice and lemon in it. That really helps me. Eating something every couple of hours seems to help but I worry sometimes I’ll miss work because of it.

My dr told me on Friday to take vitamin B6 and Unisom together (on top of prenatal!). Something about the combination is an absolute miracle.

I get ginger chews on top of the ginger ale. Weirdly plain salted tostitos have helped me too.
