Yes, I use these for my PCOS. It regulated my hormones (proven by before and after blood tests), made me ovulate more regularly (proven by bbt), and as a result my periods also became more regular. But it does take about 2-3 full months before they make a noticeable difference, it’s not an immediate fix.
