My husband no longer finds me attractive

My husband and I have been together for 7 years and married 5, for the first 3 or 4 year of our relationship he always made me feel like I was the most beautiful woman and no one could ever compare. We have a soon to be one year together but for about a year before we I got pregnant he really started to show me less affection and stopped giving out complements. About two months before I got pregnant he came out and told me that I was putting on to much weight for his liking(I weighted 155-160 and I’m 5’5”) I brushed it off and tried to loose a few pounds. I found out I was pregnant shortly after so seeing I had a reason to gain weight he never said anything in those 9 months...fast forward to about 3-4 months ago when I noticed he started to follow a bunch of females on Instagram and started to like their naked pictures( obviously they have amazing bodies) so when I brought it up and how it made me feel he came out and told me that I’m to big for him and he isn’t attracted to me anymore and until I loose weight there wasn’t much I could do to change his mind. It makes me have hate in my heart for him because I feel as a husband you shouldn’t break your wife down like that...you should always try and build her up. I don’t know what to do cause even after I’ve lost 10 pounds which is 90% of what I gained during pregnancy he still won’t even look at me naked. But part of me doesn’t want him to. I just need some advice on what to do...
