TMI: Bleeding 5 weeks 3 days

I got up this morning and had to pee. I went and wiped, and saw that I was bleeding. It’s bright red. I have had some spotting in the past but it was a very light brown. Anyone who can provide insight is greatly appreciate it. Currently on hold for the nurse line but very nervous.
