Tmi question about hemorrhoids

I’m dying over here. I never had them until i gave birth to my first. I got them from pushing and they went away after a week. I just got them back again and I’m 38 weeks. I’ve tried witch hazel, soaking in the bath with epsom salt, creams, and nothing is working. They seem to be worse and it hurts to sit and walk. I can’t imagine pushing with them being this bad. Help and advice appreciated!!!

So so painful aren't they 😫😫Try anusol, it takes away the extreme sting fairly quickly and helps generally over a few days. TMI answer but I find next time I have to go it stings a bit but then doesn't really sting after the first bit if that makes sense.... So I doubt it will both you too much in labour once you start pushing. Probs gunna sting a bit after....

I made a post about this yesterday I couldn't get any witch hazel and I didnt have Epsom salts. I put black tea bags in the bath ( a lady recommended to seep the tea bag and put that on it) let them sit a bit then added normal salt sat in the bath for awhile then I got a face pad and smothered it in paw paw cream and wrapped that around it and put a pad on as it will mark ur underwear. Sweet relief I tell ya today it hurts a little but I smothered it in paw paw cream again. And its slowly going down.I also took some panadol

How do you keep the pads on without them moving?
