Brown bleeding at 5 weeks pregnanf

Sorry for tmi in the title but I'm 5 weeks and 2 days pregnant. I woke up this morning to red blood and now have brown spotting. I had a blighted ovum followed by a d&c last November.

Am terrified that I'm having a miscarriage. Has anyone else got a similar experience they can share with me? Thanks x
