I asked about this at my baby's last appointment in case I needed to supplement. The nurse said there is nothing wrong with using tap water if you have city water running to your house. We don't live in an area with lead issues, so tap water sounds okay to me🤷🏼‍♀️

What if there is lead in the tap water?? We even did a home test and it was negative but I still don’t trust water coming from the pipes to be free of all harmful chemicals. We buy distilled.
