Do you change the bed sheets every time after you have sex?

I’m curious about this because some of my friends say they do and others don’t. Because if you have sex near enough every day, it’s effort to change them each time

If you wash them once a week that should be fine unless you really get the sheets stained and wet or if you’re sleeping with multiple people.
