HELP...

So today I am 4 days late. My cycle is always 28 days apart. My last period was Jan 30th- Feb 3rd. My nest period was supposed to be Feb 27th but never came. On the 19 I had a pap and they told me I had a bacterial infection and gave me gel to put up there(tmi sorry) then on the 24th I had light pink bleeding for about an hour about every other time I wiped never on my undies. Then nothing after that little bit. This past week starting Thursday I have been very emotional, fatigue, nausea, and Saturday I woke up with cold like symptoms. Sore throat, massive headache, cold/hot. Tested this morning and still getting negative results... could I be pregnant? My husband and I have been trying for almost a year now..
