My leg yesterday morning froze up while i was stretching and it was the MOST painful thing ever. There was like a knot in my calf. Lol I started freaking out and woke up my husband who moved my foot around and massaged my calf for it to go away.

Since then my calf hurts!! Like tender and Im almost limping around my house (I was also on feet all day yesterday to it could play a factor).

But what can I do? I wish I could take Ibuprofen. I slept with my leg elevated last night to. Tylenol doesnt work lol
