Period after d&c and laparoscopy

Okay so I have a serious question to anyone who’s had a laparoscopy and d&c done at the same time when did y’all start your period? Mine still hasn’t started and I had mine done January 23rd. My first one I had (i was 14) my period started three weeks after. My c-section it started like a month after. I was in the hospital two weeks ago and they said it looked like an egg was releasing then but I didn’t know they could see that. (I’m not trying to sound stupid either) I feel like I’m having period cramps off and on like every other day but it never comes.
