Cold? Or sum more serious

I went to my normal walk in pcp because I had chest congestion and a stuffed nose. She came in for like 2-3 mins checked me out and said I have a cold, that was Saturday. Today I have a 102 fever so I called my OBGYN and they told me to take Tylenol I am 4 weeks and some days pregnant should I be worried or trust them. I’m taking Tylenol, robitussin, 2 spoons of honey a day, drinking plenty of orange juice and water, and drinking 2 cups of vanilla chai tea. Is there something else I can do?
