I want to travel somewhere this spring break but my family doesn’t have a lot of money so traveling is hard for us. I live in Montana and I don’t usually see skyscrapers. I am so tired of mountains a one story buildings and I want to go to Chicago, but it is a 22 hour drive and we aren’t flying anywhere. Anyone know what the average cost per night for a hotel, average cost for food, transportation etc. Also, what is a good thing to do if I ever go there. Right now, the only thing I have that I can for sure count on is google maps, and I just explore Chicago that way 😂 any tips on making money?? the main reason I want to go to Chicago is that I want to actually look up at a skyscraper and walk around. I get tired of the isolation.
