Weight Loss?

Hi, I’m 17, 5’1 and approx. 110lbs depending on the time of day and stuff. I have my boyfriends fraternity’s beach weekend soon and would like my stomach to look better before it. I know i’m not “fat” per-say but I don’t like how my stomach looks and would like to change it. I do lacrosse everyday after school and cannot really start vigorous exercise on top of my practice schedule due to a knee injury i have that prevents me from doing much besides what I do at practice (which was all approved by my doctor) Does anyone have any tips to just lose some weight around my waist and torso area in the next 2 months? Im willing to use supplements as an option as long as they are safe and FDA approved. I try to eat as healthy as possible but I just can’t seem to get rid of the fat around my torso and it makes me so insecure. It’s the only thing I hate about my body.
