That looks like your old period coming out with the new.  My miscarriage looked very different.

Just looks like uterine lining. If you've been testing negative (I read the other comments) then I wouldn't worry about a miscarriage

You might just have passed the uterine lining - had you tested at all during that time? I can't exclude miscarriage as an option, but I know many healthy women have just passed parts of the lining, especially when late. 
I'm not sure if someone could confirm this, but I was once worried and someone told me the test should still show positive if it were..
