Clogged Duct
I think I’m getting another clogged duct which turned into mastitis like 3weeks ago. I take the sunflower leochten(spelling??), pump when boobs aren’t emptied by baby, massage my breasts in shower. Seriously the whole outside of my boob feels bruised but I can’t feel any clog. Just had to vent because I’m so frustrated
