Tylenol pm EVERY night?

Omg y’all. I’m dying. I’ve been having to take Tylenol PM every night for the last week or so due to migraines and sickness before bed.
I’m suffering again tonight but scared to take Tylenol pm yet again as I know it is safe, but as an every night thing I’m not sure.
Any guidance?

No regular tylenol no motrin PM nothing of that kind it could harm your child ask your doc for something else .

Melatonin is safe too.

Check with your doctor. They may be able to prescribe something that is safer if the Tylenol isn’t.

I take unisom every night. It was okay’d by my OB.
