How do I know when my cycle is?!

I had my Mirena IUD for 3 years and 10 months. I didn’t have a period for all but 6 of those months right after insertion. 
My hubby & I are TTC but I only had what i thought was withdrawal bleeding, but could have been my period, for like 4-5 days after the removal of my IUD. I have NO clue what my cycle even looks like anymore? 
How long will it take to get back to normal and what happens if I get pregnant before a normal cycle? I’m so confused.

I was in the same situation. I downloaded the fertility friend app, got a basal body thermometer, and bought ovulation tests on amazon. All of those were really helpful in figuring out my cycle and when my body would get back to normal. I had my IUD removed 4/22 and got my first period on 5/16.

Had 8 years. Two diff ones. After having two kids. Removed December 2017. Had withdrawal bleeding for a few months on and off then nothing for two months. Had the mierna crash and still trying to balance out now.

On the same boat. Had my iud placed for 2 in a half years. Taken out Feb 2019. Three days later started bleeding lasted 5 days think it was period. Started tracking ovulation but no luck yet. Still waiting for period no signs yet.

I got a little brown stuff for an hour the day after I had my IUD removed in January - wasn’t sure if that was removal bleeding or my period since I was just like you and hadn’t had one in years. 
Turned out it was my period since 28 days later blam there was the full-on period.
My point is: who knows lol! You’re just gunna have to be on the look out until you get the first one and it could be tomorrow or a month from now. 
I’ve really been a fan of some of the products on the market now for periods (like the cup and discs and thinx) which weren’t around 8-9 years ago when I stopped having periods lol.
