What do hiccups feel like?

I’m 28W2D and I have felt several different kinds of movement and kicks and rolls and I have no idea how to distinguish most of them. I also don’t know how to tell the difference between what is a hiccup and what isn’t? Can anybody explain?

Hiccups do feel similar to a kick but instead they’ll have more of a pattern to them like ours would be except closer together. Atleast with mine lol When my baby has them it’s like I can almost count between them lol hers make my belly jump like every 6 seconds and last about 5 or 10 mins

It will be repetitive for a while like a pulsing. Just remember not to count hiccups as kicks as they or involuntary movements

Imagine a popcorn kernel popping over and over in about the same place. Hiccups usually have steadier rhythm than kicks as well
