What kind of exercise is okay for pregnant women ?
I have been doing some light Zumba but it does involve some minor abs and jumping around. Is this okay to still be doing ? The last thing I wanna do is harm my baby but I also want to stay healthy I am not a fit person I would consider my body type the kind that is I guess “normal” idk I have but could loose a few pounds to have a better BMI lol but with that being said being at the high end of what would be liked for my BMI I wanna stay healthy so I have been watching what I am eating but what at home exercises are okay??
