I feel like my baby’s hunger cues were always more subtle and occurred for just a minute or so before she freaked out and cried. (Rooting, lip smacking, etc).

Now I feel like even those subtle clues have disappeared and she goes from content to simply fussy. I then have to look at the clock and just take my best guess that she might be hungry.

Is it normal for old cues to disappear? I don’t know what else to look for (the only time I notice her lip smacking anymore is when she’s playing and excited and she puts her hands in her mouth when she’s tired) 🤷🏻‍♀️
