Normal HCG levels at 5 weeks???

Following my miscarriage I begged my doctor to let me get blood to check my levels. My results came back and Friday when I was 5 weeks exactly they were 407. 
Is this low?? I am so scared of losing this baby.

Hi Anna, I know this post is over a month old, but how did things turn out for you? My levels at 5 weeks are 560 so I’m a little worried that they are low. The nurse said it was in a normal range but after a miscarriage in January I am quite nervous. I get rechecked tomorrow afternoon.

Mine started out at 276 I'd say it's fine. Ask for a second test to make sure numbers are doubling like they should

One test doesnt mean anything, you have to have at least two to see if the number is rising. Dont worry yourself about the number, there is a HUGE range that is normal. Aa long as its going up, that's what's important.

Wait to see what the next test level is. The first level doesn’t tell very much as the range is so broad.
